On Thursday's celebration of Slovakia's accession to the EU, Austrian Federal Minister for the European Union and Constitutional Affairs, Karoline Edtstadler, visited Bratislava. Secretary Marek Estok of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic highlighted the importance of Edtstadler's visit to Slovakia, "We are connected to Austria not only by close neighborly ties, but also by 20 years together at the European table, during which Austria was one of our key partners," he said.
