After 6 months, the USCS ran the reports again and provided a short progress update. After implementing the feedback, CTSD’s website updates increased the percentage of the company’s international sales from 12% of overall sales in 2022 to 17% of sales in 2023. The website also surpassed a major competitor in overall search engine ranking.
