Fastest Growing Companies in the Chicago Area List: B2B Industrial Packaging Qualifies for the 1st Time

B2B Industrial Packaging just announced that they qualified for Crain’s list of the 50 fastest growing companies in the Chicago area for the first time.

CHICAGO, U.S., August 22, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ -- B2B Industrial Packaging just announced that they qualified for Crain’s list of the 50 fastest growing companies in the Chicago area for the first time. The Fast 50 list recognizes the fastest-growing public and private companies in the Chicago area based on five-year revenue growth. The company’s revenue increased 289% over the past five years—qualifying it for the 43rd spot.

Crain's began seeking applications in January. They also reviewed their lists of public and private companies for likely candidates. Companies headquartered in the seven-county area of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will counties in Illinois and Lake County in Indiana, with 2017 revenue of at least $15 million qualified as candidates.
In the interest of finding continuously growing companies, qualifying applicants had to have revenue growth from 2016-17 and no more than one year of declining revenue at any point from 2012-16. Crain’s ended up vetting 125 applications to find this year's Fast 50. Financial verifications were conducted by the Chicago office of Plante Moran.
